Using Matlab with Curry 7


Curry works with MATLAB on two levels:

Export to Matlab

Curry can save source and image processing results in MATLAB .mat file format, together with an example .m-file that illustrates how to open and display the data.

Some examples:

Matlab API

Curry offers APIs (application programming interfaces) to MATLAB in several aspects of its data processing and source analysis workflow. Data are passed back and forth between Curry and MATLAB in memory. These APIs can be used to delegate specific processing steps to MATLAB or to fork off data to MATLAB.

MATLAB APIs are available for:

  • Leadfield calculation
  • Current Density Analysis
  • CDR Dipole calculation
  • Source Coherence calculation
  • Image Data analysis
  • Statistics calculation
